Any required deposit, remaining balance and delivery schedule will be stated in your confirmed quotation or agreement.
Please notify us as early as possible. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on notice given, work already completed and costs already incurred.
Delivery times and included revisions depend on the selected service. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
We will respect the media-use permission agreed with the client. Sensitive or private events will not be published without permission.
